The naturally low yield and climate allow the grapes to reach it's phenolic ripeness. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks under a controlled environment and further aged in French oak.
Winemaker’s Comments: Deep garnet in color, the wine is rich and luscious on the palate. Its flavors are intense and complex, exhibiting red fruit aromas and toastiness.
A well-balanced fruit and acidity on the entrance. Good mouthfeel with an exceptional finish. Serve slightly chilled or pair with roasts, red meat and cheeses.
