Vineyards: El Cepillo, La Consulta, Mendoza 1100 mts.
Winemaking: After the selection of grains and bunches, the alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature. Contact with the grape skins for 12 days. Once this process is finished, aging begins, where 50% of the wine rests in French oak barrels for 6 months.
Tasting Notes
Color: Intense red with violet and blue reflections.
Aromas: At the beginning, you can feel red fruits, cassis, berries, and dried figs. It expresses its typicality of leather accompanied by tobacco and cloves.
Taste: Marked acidity and velvety tannins. Present but mild alcohol. Its finish recalls leather with a very long persistence with red fruit.
